Finishing Methods and Capabilities:

  • Flat Material Finishing: Utlizing a SCM/DMC 52" Wide, 5 Station Finishing Machine. For cut Edge Deburring and Slight Edge Break. Linear Line Grain for Stainless #4 Brush Finish, down facing Rotating Cup Brushes for an overall Modeled Finish. 
  • Tube Finishing: Fein-Grit Centerless Grinding/OD Polisher 

Metal Forming Solutions

Forming Methods and Capabilities:

  • Bending Capacities: We have 2 Trumpf CNC Press Brakes 1) 85-Ton x 80" Bending Length and 130-Ton 120" Bending Length. 
  • Sheet Metals: From 22 ga through 3/8" Plate, with certain limitations. 
  • Hemming Capabilities up to 12 Ga Steel
  • Tube Bending: 2-0" OD Round 
  • Stainless Steel Tube Fabrication: Flaring (JIC) and Bending through 1-1/2" OD Round.

Prescott Fire Department came to us with a project to build some additional Boxes for Crew Gear, Tools, Hose, and Spare Tire to go on their new Type 6 Wildland Firefighting Trucks. These are all Aluminum construction with remote Integrated Locking Latches; Interior wiring loom troughs. Crew Member presses remote button on the Pump Control Panel at back of the truck and the lid opens up.
